I am joining CFMA for the 2012 season and DO wish to purchase group general liability insurance. The 2012 premium fee is $300 per market site. The 2012 sign up window closes March 17, 2012.*
*All applications after that date must include a $25 insurance adjustment fee. You must also complete the insurance application available on our website. Please read the "CFMA Insurance Information Sheet" for 2012 changes to be sure you can comply with the insurance terms. Total fee (dues plus insurance) is $370 per market site before March 17, and $395 thereafter.
