Cottage Foods Bill:

The Colorado Cottage Foods Bill was signed by Governor Hickenlooper on, Thursday, March 15th, 2012.

While this bill was effective immediately, certification courses are REQUIRED prior to selling qualifying products made in home kitchens at farmers markets.

CFMA is researching the Liability Insurance options for producers wishing to sell qualifying products at farmers markets. We will post this information on our website when it is available.
